 Well done Shraddha Nayak!

We are proud of  Shraddha Nayak, student of Indore Public School, Indore who is currently studying in the USA. A student of Class XII, Shraddha has been selected as a recipient of the Kennedy Lugar Youth Program Scholarship 2015 to the USA via AFS.

Shraddha took part in the in DECA States Competition, for which she wrote a 30-page business plan proposing to start a firm in India. DECA is an international association of high school and college students and teachers of marketing, management, entrepreneurship in business, finance, hospitality, marketing, sales and service, which prepares leaders and entrepreneurs for careers and education in marketing, finance, hospitality, management, and other business areas. It is one of ten organizations listed on Career and Technical Student Organizations by the United States Department of Education.

Shraddha named her firm Digiwill. Her proposed firm creates online legal wills for digital accounts like Facebook, Gmail, twitter etc. The judges at the state competition admired her idea. More than 1,900 students participated in the three-day state conference. She finished fourth in the New York state in the International Business Plan event and earned an opportunity to compete in the International Competition in Nashville, Tennessee from April 23 to April 25, 2016.
