English Teacher Internship in
Colombia
AFS India and AFS Colombia are offering English
Teacher/ Teacher Assistant Internship Program for 120 participants in Colombia.
With less than 1% of Colombian Public High School Students graduating with a
pre-intermediate B1 Level of English, Colombia´s National Government set a goal
a few years ago, for the country to become the most educated nation in the
region by 2025.
Requirements: Native English Speakers/ Good
Knowledge of English or Level C1 certified.
Participants don’t need to be professional teachers
but should have experience to work with children and youth and should be able
to teach English.
Duration: One Year

Stipend: Approx. 580 Dollars per month, which should cover
all personal expenses such as food, housing etc.
